The road to Nepal is mysterious and mystical. For our first album dedicated to the wealth of the Nepalese heritage, we choose the traditional path: graceful sitars, slow percs, tabla, delicate flute bansuri, ethnic male vocals, reverse sfx… The overall mood is obscure, eerie even, and evokes (invokes!) strange occurrences and ancient dynasties, long-kept secrets and supernatural wisdom. In Nepal, a multi-ethnic, multi-lingual, multi-religious and multi-cultural land, the mythology lives on and survives the passing time. Hanging somewhere between the enigmatic and the suspended, religion and spirituality, these tracks will wrap their strange cloak around your Documentaries, Action & Adventure Films, Leisure, Lifestyle and Travel content, Religious and Philosophical sequences. They of course will find their place within all images related to Nepal, Hinduism, Kathmandu, Asia, South-Asian folklore, travel diaries, traditional Hinduism and Buddhism, the occult and its mysteries, as well as, yes, yoga, wellness, meditation and spas. The road to Kathmandu will feel like a dream.
