With the traditional ethnic Japanese shakuhachi flute at their core, ominous or somber overlayings, emotional echoing piano notes, ebbing layers of deep reverberated synth pad, the slow electronic ambient instrumental themes of JAPAN #2 sway with ambiguity between the hypnotic realms of mystical atmospheres and darker, tense influences. At times disturbing and tense, at others, relaxed and meditative, these 5 complex compositions widen our horizons and honor the sacred secrets of Japan. Ideally suited for documentaries on Nature, the Elements, religious or Shamanistic scenes, wildlife and travel programs, esoteric journeys and meditation, new age vibes.
